DIE REGELN
Disclaimer:
This unit has no racial or nationalistic reasons or intentions. We re-enact the 101 SS Panzer-Battalion's wartime system in a realistic and fun way.
We do not have ties with the SS nor do we seek for ties with the SS or National-Socialism. We only use the term SS to enhance the realism for our Panzer unit.
We are not Neo-Nazis and do not accept them in our unit. We do not support, accept and re-enact war crimes committed by the SS.
1. Realism
1.a. This is a realism unit which represents the 101st SS-Pz Abt. This means that applications are made and checked in a serious matter, in a realistic form.
1.b. Paperwork will be done (after-action reports, discharge documents, application documents, briefings, guides, score counting etc) By Officers and FA.
1.c. We work by a chain of command. Respect the Higher Officers and ranks.
1.d. Respect the People and the Rank. (Abuse of Rule 1.d will result in a possible Court Martial and a suspension if necessary)

1.e. Follow orders, in and out of combat.
1.f. We're all equal - The only thing that separates us is our rank and opinions, however, they should never negate your opinion on someone.
1.g. We're all tankers. As a Battalion we are a family. Treat your Kampfgruppe and your team like you would a friend or a family member.
2. What are our goals
2.a. First of all, we want to be a great, social embossed community where everyone helps everyone.
2.b. Our "military" goal is to be the best MilSim Unit in WarThunder - We also want to gain the attention of other units and make alliance ships. We're an elite unit.
2.c. Military behavior within the community for both fun and realism.
2.d. A limited form of order and obedience (meaning you just talk in a mature way and respect the ranks).
2.e. Please give us your thoughts of what we can and should do, it helps improve the unit and we appreciate constructive criticism.
2.f. To provide a healthy, active environment for all members and guests.
2.g. To work in coordination with other Squadrons in order to improve our stability.
3. What we are we looking for?
3.a. At least 16 years old (If younger, must prove your maturity level is appropriate)
3.b. Everyone is welcome, however there are requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, then you can opt to be put on the HJ list and we will train you until we feel you're ready for battle. If you opt out of this, you can wait until you do meet the requirements and apply again.
3.c. Even if we take tankers of every experience level and work out this well, the goal of the squadron is, however, to take part in the fighting in the highest difficulty ("Simulator Battles").
3.d. In other words, the goal of every squadron member should be, even if he originally was a beginner, to improve his skill with the time so far that he can compete in the highest level of difficulty at the most efficiency.
3.e. Our main difficulty will be Simulator mode or higher. This will be the mode that will be played most of the time and trained in. Realistic mode will be played occasionally. Realistic mode will not take part of the scoring system.
3.f. People able to be proficient in fashion.
4. How our chain of command works
4.a. The ranks are reflected by skill, tactical talent and strategic skill in Battle movements.
4.b. In order to raise through the ranks and earn what you think you deserve, you must prove this to us. In combat, activity etc.
4.c. During combat, you will follow your orders from your Kompaniechef and Kampfgruppeführer.
4.d. Promotions will be made by time, skill, dedication and combat results.
4.e. Medals do not count in your progress to a promotion, they're an award. However they certainly do reflect on our opinions on you as a person.
